Yes. Always Deliver Co carries public liability insurance for property damage and third-party injury while we’re on site or handling your job. That said, removalist work involves moving used goods, and minor wear can sometimes occur during transit. We take care with loading and securing items, but we recommend customers also seek own or discuss transit insurance for high-value or fragile items for full peace of mind. If you have something valuable, delicate, or sentimental, let us know beforehand so we can plan the safest way to move it. We move. We labour. We deliver results — and we do it responsibly.

Most jobs have a 2-hour minimum. After that, time is billed in 30-minute blocks.  Removalist services start from $130/hour (2 movers)  Handyman services are $70/hour.  Truck call-out starts from $150.  We’ll always confirm pricing clearly before starting.

Yes. Weekend jobs incur a 20% surcharge on labour after the first 2 hours. We’ll let you know upfront.

Time starts when we arrive at the pickup or job site and stops once the final item is unloaded or the task is completed.  incase of travel over 30km there will be travel charge added, all will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

Yes. If you're happy to assist with lifting or prep, we can sometimes reduce labour requirements and overall time which in tern will save you on the overall labour cost.

Yes. $120/hour, 2-hour minimum, no vehicle call-out fee. Ideal for smaller moves or single-item jobs.

Please let us know about stairs, tight access, or parking limits. Truck height is 3.3m and van height is 2.7m. Clear access and legal parking are required. Any fines incurred are passed on to the client.

Yes. We use proper loading techniques and take care with your belongings. If something needs special handling, let us know in advance.
